A pop of ~ Yellow

‘Stepping into spring with a pop of colour’

Hey everyone! So spring is here and there’s no better way of enjoying it than to wear a bit of colour. During winter time it’s all about keeping it subtle however, one thing i love about spring is that it allows you to express yourself through your style.

As strange as it may sound i feel like spring time allows everyone to show their creativity. Many of you know I’m so used to black, white and neutral colours, but on this day I thought I would have a bit of fun with colour in sun.

So far I’m liking this beautiful yellow, or perhaps let me say mustard cardigan I picked up from a charity shop the other day. From my previous blog post you guys probably already know i love my OWL (Irish accent) bargains. I paired the cardigan with a beautiful gold belt, and just like that everything matched. I also wanted to have a bit of fun with the accessories, so i matched it with a gold clutch and a pair of gladiator heels to compliment the whole outfit.

Fashion is not about wearing the most expensive item but it’s more about how you present the clothing. This is where confidence comes along. You can dress for less but still look a million dollars.

As I get older, I’ve realised that it’s very important to accept yourself and fall in love with your own style. Everyone is different so strive to be unique. It is crucial not to compare style to what others wear, this will give you the ability to branch out and not to overlook certain shops. You never know what’s in store for you.

At the moment my favourite vintage shops are Tola Vintage  and NINECROWS

What colours will you have fun with in your spring collection?

*PS* go to your local charity shop you may never know what you may find (It’s also for a good cause)
